Features:
- 10 BaseT Link Pulse Detector... Trace a devices link pulse through the wiring maze using the built-in Link Pulse Detector. Test for link pulse polarity.
- 10 Base T Link Pulse Transmitter... Stimulate a hub port or computer with a Link Pulse using the built-in Link Pulse transmitter.
- Cable Tester... Display the exact pinouts of a connecting cable, rgardless of the wiring configuration. Test installed cables with the addition of the CTX1425 Cabletester Bounceback Unit (available separately).
- Breakout Box... Access each RJ45 connector lead on 16 gold plated turret pins.
- Cable Tester... Using the LEDs associated with each turret pin, display the exact pin by pin configuration of a connecting cable, regardless of the wiring configuration. Use the CTX1425 Cabletester Bounceback Unit to perfrom similar tests on installed cables (available separately).
- Hub/DTE locator... Scan the pins for the presence of the hub or PC connection to the cable.

The CTX1600 has all of the features of the CTX1400 with the addition of 2 powerful 10 BaseT capabilities: 1) The ability to detect and display 10 BaseT linK pulses and 2) the ability to stimulate 10BaseT LAN devices by transmitting 10 Base T link pulses.
