  Description

Flowconsole Cummins PTG/PTR Pump Mobile Calibration Console

The Flowconsole is a mobile calibration console designed to measure the operating parameters of Cummins PTG/PTR pumps when used with a suitable calibration stand. All gauges, flowmeters and accessories are in trict compliance with Cummins’ requirements.

The Flowconsole is adaptable to all current Bacharach calibration stands and includes all the necessary accessories to mount Cummins pumps to the calibration stand flange bracket. The console is mounted on a rubber wheeled dolly for maneuverability.

All the controls are located on the canted front console with an etched flow diagram. The gauges and flowmeters are at eye level. A shop compressed air connection with filter and water separator is provided at the rear of the console for testing aneroids, AFC and ASA. A console mounted three position selector allows the operator to admit regulated high and low air pressure to, and exhaust from, the aneroid, thus avoiding the effects of hysteresis.
