User Manual

 Features:
  • Angled display panel allows the operator to conveniently view the panel from any working position.
  • Integral printer is available for permanent record of displayed values.
  • Choose from two to four electrochemical sensors: oxygen, carbon monoxide, oxides of nitrogen, and sulfur dioxide. Sensors are externally mounted for fast, uncomplicated installation.
  • Industrial probe is made of stainless steel measuring 11.5 inches. Hose assembly is a lengthy 22 feet. Longer lengths are available.
  • Roomy, rugged carrying case easily accommodates instrument and accessories. Lightweight, durable and compact, weighs about 15 pounds.
  • Three large digital displays with continuous and independent functionality.
  • High performance pump continuously draws filtered flue gas into the unit.
  • Optional printer that provides a permanent record of displayed values.

  Description

Model 300 Combustion Analyzer

This instrument is for furnace and boiler technicians who need to determine combustion safety, environmental compliance and efficiency in large commercial and industrial systems.

The Model 300 has a micro-processor that controls the sequence of operation while calculating burner efficiency. Programmed routines lead the operator through the proper procedures, signaling the appropriate action, and waiting until the correct steps are taken.

Available in several versions including Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature measurements; 120 VAC, 240 VAC, and Lead Acid Battery Pack; standard or Siegert formulas for determining combustion efficiency.

Meet The Needs Of Environmental Testing

The Model 300 can be ordered with NOx and SO2 measurements. An optional NOx and SO2 upgrade kit is available for all Model 300 configurations. A printer must exist or be added before Model 300 can be upgraded. Call us for more information and available customized options.

*Calibration Kit is not supplied with analyzer. Calibrating the sensors is required and frequency should be determined by experience.
* NOx and SO2 upgrade kit, printer retrofit kits and rechargeable battery options also available.
