  Description

An Active FET probe enables you to measure high frequency signals on your B+K Precision Spectrum Analyzer. Powered by a 12VDC adapter (included), the probe measures frequencies up to 750MHz with an input impedance of 2pF and 1M. The probe also works on B+K Precision oscilloscopes. The probe includes a full accessory kit for the most demanding applications.
