Description
The Agilent N2276B is a dual microwave multiplexer/attenuator driver, deleting the two microwave relays from N2276A. The N2276B can be used in the testing of cellular phone, cordless phone, mobile radios, cellular base station, broadband wireless communication transceivers, RFICs, and high-speed digital circuits.
A custom microwave multiplexer module can be built with the N2276B and external microwave relays, eliminating the external power supply or digital I/O in previous customer-built switching. With the most flexibility, it can drive any two 1x4 or 1x6 microwave relays (Agilent 87104A/B/C, Agilent 87106A/B/C). It can also drive two external microwave attenuators (Agilent 84904/6/7/K/L). The three-slot N2276B module can only be operated in SCPI mode when installed in 3499A/B mainframes with firmware 3.0 or later.
